Paradise Valley
Project

Paradise Valley
objectives
- Develop a
landscape-scale (30m2 grid) least-cost-path model of core
and movement habitat for a study area encompassing the upper
Yellowstone River (Paradise Valley).
- Develop models
for elk and grizzly bear
- Disseminate the
results to conservation groups, local government, and land
management agencies to assist in land-use planning decisions
- Refine the
models, if possible, to examine riparian corridors for other
animals.
